Trim minor commands (lower than the the other army-group level or higher) and "small" political leaders. Mussolini did not get executed as part of the Eastern Front. Tuva contineud to provide support (as part of the USSR) after 1944, so its strange to show a "limit" for it. Spain was always netural, despite volunteers.
