I figured that the lasting media coverage over the past several months (e.g. the article about him in The Sunday Times, the few paragraphs about him in Rolling Stone, a full article about him in The Face) was enough to write an article on and to prove notability. BUT I didn't get back to you as I'm a natural deletion-ist, who thinks we would be better off with half as many articles, twice as frequently brought up to date/fixed/fleshed out, so I was probably the worst person on earth to ask.
