Playing career

Clurman played college ice hockey at Notre Dame from 2018 to 2021.

On July 1, 2024, Clurman signed a one-year contract with the Pittsburgh Penguins.

On December 29, 2024, he made his NHL debut with the Pittsburgh Penguins in a regular season game against the New York Islanders.
