Raw Time was a public-access television program created, produced, directed and hosted by David Prewitt in Austin, Texas. Airing from 1990 to the early 2000s the show featured a wide selection of different music videos. It was broadcast on Sundays at 1.30am, alongside, CapZeyeZ, another public access show created by Prewitt.

Hosts included: David Prewitt, Tinarina, Siren Summer, Trans Am, and Sarah Key
Structure
In between music videos, hosts would often answer phone calls from viewers. Calls received by host Tinarina included degrading insults, sexual harassment and the rare compliment. Tinarina answered every call with a witty and calm demeanor, included sarcastic responses and humorous critiques of callers' music suggestions. In recent years, clips of Tinarina have gained popularity on social media platforms.
