Rod! I know I only come here to moan, one day I will come grinning like a Cheshire cat...but how can the ] be a museum of only '''mid''' importance . It contains some of the greatest paintings of the world, hundreds of rooms packed with artefacts and art of the greatst importance. Not to mention the gallery of modern art, where I intend to gave my ashes scattered (when no-one is looking). The collections of the Medici are there, the greatest collectors of art the world has ever known. After the ] it is Florence's greatest gallery, in my view, for the less intelectual tourist it is better than the Uffizi because the items are in the habitat and setting for which they were intended. The Palazzo contains not one single ugly object. It is one of the world's premier museums. ] (]) 18:24, 9 April 2008 (UTC)

Category:Misplaced Pages requested photographs in ...

I saw your name at Misplaced Pages:Wikipedians/Photographers. I revised the pages at Category:Misplaced Pages requested photographs in England. Please consider adding your name to the top of the page at Category:Misplaced Pages requested photographs in Somerset and to any of the other subpages for Category:Misplaced Pages requested photographs in England. Thanks. GregManninLB (talk) 01:53, 6 April 2008 (UTC)

"The" in The Hammer Museum

I used "The" in the title to distinguish this museum from the Hammer Museum. I suppose it could be changed to Hammer Museum (Haines, AK). What do you think?Mycota (talk) 00:00, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

Museums in Cheshire

(copied from response on WP:CHES's talk page.) I've added a load (yesterday) and tried to put in either websites or contact details for them, too, to reassure people that they are real (like the "Cuckoo Clock Museum", for instance). May be there are more, or there are some which could be added but which I thought were outside the remit of the project? What kinds of places which one might not immediately think of as museums would be included?  DDStretch  (talk) 11:14, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

Alterations to The Castle School

Hi Rodw, I had to edit a page of Misplaced Pages for a course I am studying, and provide reasons for doing so, and proof that I had done it, plus critisism on the edit from an interested party. I found a couple or errors and omissions, which I have corrected. If you would like to comment anonymously, I could use that as my feedback. I'm certainly not going to start an edit war! :-)

The Castle School - alterations

Hi Rodw, Thanks for the feedback, it was very useful to a first time editor. I didn't use the term CDT, or write about the all weather pich, they were already in place, but I understand your comments. Thanks for pointing ouy the protocols, I must admit I'm on a tight schedule, and didn't read all the help pages. I chose this page to edit because I work there and my children attended the school. The course I am doing is an Open University module on Systems Thinking (T214). Regards, Nethobo —Preceding unsigned comment added by Nethobo (talkcontribs) 16:08, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

Palazzo Pitti

Rod! I know I only come here to moan, one day I will come grinning like a Cheshire cat...but how can the Palazzo Pitti be a museum of only mid importance . Not to mention the gallery of modern art, where I intend to gave my ashes scattered (when no-one is looking).
