ANI incident
Hi. I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for sticking up for civility in the discussion I was participating in with Uncle G. To be honest, I deserved the tutorial regarding my reason for the AfD, despite not deserving the way in which it was delivered. I have since apologized to all relevant parties, but wanted you to know that I admire your courage in standing up for someone in a situation where you were not personally involved. People have different personality types, and I don't want to diminish anyone's contributions on Misplaced Pages, nor be viewed as some prickly, fragile egomaniac. I have therefore withdrawn my concern for the article on AfD which started all this, reccomended closing the ANI where the discussion quickly got out of hand, and am now cleaning up the rest of the mess I made by apologizing to the people whose time I wasted, and for whom I did not show a basic level of respect (Unomi). Re: Orthopathy
I originally said the article needed NPOV because I thought it would be redirected soon and I dispute the redirects. Then it was redirected again, deleting the NPOV dispute. I returned that but realized it did not need to be there. Originally it was deleted because of 'copyright infringement.' - well you can say that, but a simple examination of your recent activity on that page shows that your primary activities on the article involve reverting other editors' edits, and your primary activities on the talk page involve flat, unexplained claims that some edit you don't like isn't supported, and accusations that other editors are being disruptive. there is precious little you do there that's constructive, though that may have been different in the past. if you have a problem with some of my recent edits, then please follow the appropriate BRD process through to the end, or if you're not interested in discussing the issue, then don't revert. otherwise you're being the disruptive element. --Ludwigs2 15:03, 18 April 2009 (UTC)
