{{User|ShalomShlomo}} has asked me step into the sitation that has developed again. You have repeatedly removed information, and ShalomShlomo wonders whether this is because it reflects badly on Satmar. On the basis of ] I must strongly discourage removal of information. Text is removed if it is in breech of NPOV, ] (new theories or interpretations), ] (inverifiable) or sometimes ] (unsourced). The material you removed does not satisfy any of those criteria.

I can understand fully why you would prefer the article not to reflect badly on Satmar, but this is not the job of Misplaced Pages. If particular events have achieved notability (or notoriety if you want) they do deserve to be included.

Please let me know if you have any particular concerns. At any rate, please do not remove any further material without discussion, adequate ] and a degree of ]. At the moment I want to avoid locking the article again. Thank you for your time. ] | ] 22:09, 24 January 2006 (UTC)

Aaron-Zalman Conflict

Please try to understand: I don't want you to concede, I want you to grow up and discuss how an NPOV compromise can be reached. You prefer to throw a tantrum. I am contributing information that has been reported on. The newspaper articles about the Satmar fistfights are uncontrovertibly true. The legal fights over Satmar property and legal guardianship of the Satmar rebbe are also true; I found a copy of the court records and posted a link to it. Just because you don't like something doesn't make it untrue. Vandalizing someone else's remarks in the talk section? How's that going by the Wiki spirit? You seem to think that you're the only person here with valid opinions or positions. If something offends you, it has to be changed. Too bad, that's not how this place works. Bottom line: you've got no business lecturing anyone on respect. Have a very happy Yule. Sorry... Yoel.ShalomShlomo 22:16, 30 December 2005 (UTC)

ShalomShlomo (talk · contribs) has asked me step into the sitation that has developed again. You have repeatedly removed information, and ShalomShlomo wonders whether this is because it reflects badly on Satmar. On the basis of WP:NPOV I must strongly discourage removal of information. Text is removed if it is in breech of NPOV, WP:NOR (new theories or interpretations), WP:V (inverifiable) or sometimes WP:CITE (unsourced).

At any rate, please do not remove any further material without discussion, adequate edit summaries and a degree of consensus. At the moment I want to avoid locking the article again. Thank you for your time. JFW | T@lk 22:09, 24 January 2006 (UTC)
