I know there's a lot of criticism of Smallwood out there, particularly having to do with one-sided deals with Quebec on hydroelectric dams in Labrador. (Didn't one of them infamously not account for inflation, or something like that?)
Anyway, this criticism should be in the article in an NPOV manner. I'm removed this addition, since saying that Smallwood 'sold out' Newfoundland and Labrador is obviously not appropriate. --Saforrest19:53, 18 February 2006 (UTC)
