– An SPI clerk has declined a request for CheckUser, and the case is now awaiting a behavioural investigation.

Suspected sockpuppets

This all originally started after persistent vandalism on the article Black people in Nazi Germany (even after I tried to reasonable discuss this via the user and article talkpages), see , after first undoing the false information and tried to have a reasonable discussion on the talk page but was giving nothing but personal attacks (including accusations of racism, anti-Polish, white supremacist and Holocaust denial), the user Yatzhek was giving a warning for the accusation of Holocaust denial. In the last few days, repetitive personal attacks the sympathy card of "sorry" and over-defensive claims by Yatzhek that its not him is showing up, the IP address 78.8.118.133 seems to contradict themselves by first claiming to be from Czech Republic then Poland.

Here is some evidence that makes me suggest these are Yatzhek's sockpuppets: , , , , .

In regards to Tobby72 user, it seems strange that the user asked Yatzhek to join the debate on the Nazism talk page, see , the user then progressed to comment on the noticeboard, see .

Seems odd that Yatzhek has replied on the investigation, see Windows66 (talk) 18:44, 11 February 2014 (UTC)

Clerk, CheckUser, and/or patrolling admin comments
  •  Clerk declined - declining checkuser as the CUs won't connect an IP to a named account and we'll need more evidence to justify running a check on the two named accounts above. Mark Arsten (talk) 23:02, 11 February 2014 (UTC)
