I started a thread on the article's talk page after the fact at Talk:Palindrome#cat_example. Note that Böri also made the identical edit three times in December and was warned for edit warring then also Meters (talk) 08:08, 6 February 2017 (UTC)

User is again breaching 3RR in discretionary sanction area. He is already warned about this article, and reverted once more after the warning, then earlier warned about ARBMAC and also @EdJohnston: seriously warned him not to edit war and to behave. In past 24+ hours he is on fourth, third or second revert on at least 6 articles (Our Lady of Ljeviš, Millosh Gjergj Nikolla, Church of St. John the Baptist, Pećka Banja, Goraždevac, Miloš Obilić, etc...) Not to mention removal of sources, not waiting for any consensus or comment, POV pushing, political agenda, etc, etc and all of that in discretionary sanctions area. Blocked – 48 hours. This has overtones of ethnic warring. This edit which removes the Serbian alternate name of the district was performed with the not-too-helpful summary "Albanian alternative names are deleted too". The text of the article makes clear that the majority of Banja's inhabitants are Serbian. He has also warred on Albanian versus Serbian names at Our Lady of Ljeviš. 1. I haven't had a wiki account in 5+ years. These are my first edits with this one.

3. Note that no one reverted my edit removing the old photo from the info box that I said "is this not unrelated"
4. No one disputed my argument or points on the talk page and I was given no reason to believe my consensus was incorrect or unsatisfactory. For some reason Todd doesn't like my edit but why does it give him the right to "rule over" the page and report me when he as given me zero reason to believe I'm wrong. This is already being discussed elsewhere elsewhere. It was my impression that user pages are the domain of the user and adding the deletion tags was a continued form of badgering by AusLondoner, which is being discussed already at ANI.
