You're trying to rely on an old article regarding a projected date for first steel cut, versus a recent article that says it has now happened. As I pointed out, RN ships are no longer "laid down" so first steel cut is used instead.
You haven't read the article. The April 2024 article gives a "expected" timeline which the Green entry in the table covers. You're also putting too much detail in the table. It is a short summary of status and does not need detailed information on construction status. The November 2024 article references on steel cutting merely confirm the timeline for laying down in 2025 are "expected".
