Accusing someone of vandalism when it is a simple revert is a very aggressive move. Please calm down and stop taking things personally and show other users respect. Mahjong is an international game, just as say...poker is. It may have been invented in America but it has become an international phenomena, just as Mahjong has become intrenched in other countries, most notably Japan and other parts of Eastern Asia.
