Junior Witter (born March 10, 1974) is a professional boxer from Bradford in England.
He is currently the WBC world light-welterweight champion, and has been a European, British and Commonwealth Light-Welterweight champion.
On September 15, 2006, he defeated DeMarcus Corley on points to win the WBC world light-welterweight crown.
He successfully retained his WBC world light-welterweight title on January 20 2007 with a ninth round stoppage of Mexican Arturo Morua at Alexandra Palace.
Witter has a fight record of 36 wins, two draws and only one defeat, against Zab Judah in 2000.
He won the European Light-Welterweight title by beating Salvatore Battaglia in 2004. He won the British title by defeating Alan Bosworth in 2002, and took the Commonwealth title with a win over Laatekwei Hammond in 2002.
