Wrong warning, maybe?

I noticed that you posted a generic warning on a user's talk page for vandalizing their own talk page. Reverting was correct, but I think it required something along the lines of blanking talk pages does not get rid of the warnings. Might be something useful to remember next time. Also, for technical reasons, the link to their talk page was also disabled because the viewer is already on the page. mechamind90 18:34, 13 February 2010 (UTC)

You think I made up those titles?!!

ExCUSE me. Those titles were copied directly off tvguide.ca. I did not invent them. There will eventually be entries on those episodes, and you will kindly tell me the gross, deadly harm that is done by listing the titles pending the filling out of the details on those episodes.

If you don't believe me, then go to www.tvguide.ca, do a search on Backyardigans and you will see those episodes as coming up in the next 14 days.

There's a link right to the information I saw, (though of course, updated since that date).

Schools

You wrote that "I've always felt identified school-IPs should be soft-blocked on sight." I agree. Has this been proposed before? If not, we could give a go at getting approval for this, schools are responsible for a lot of the more nasty vandalism. Fences&Windows 23:17, 2 March 2010 (UTC)

University of Perpetual Help System DALTA

Had to kill your CSD, I'm afraid. Web Archive shows that the site http://www.perpetualdalta.edu.ph does not appear until Mid 2006, and part of that data was already on the Misplaced Pages page, and it looks like the http://www.perpetualdalta.edu.ph in its current version did not appear on the web until at least 2008, when most of the Misplaced Pages page was already written - hard to guess an exact date as the actual web page has never been archived - may be because it's less than 6 months old - so for now I had to use the root page - http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.perpetualdalta.edu.ph. I may be wrong, it's always hard to check for copyvio on long established pages  Ronhjones  23:41, 7 March 2010 (UTC)

That guy's funny. Not only did he apparently out himself and then blame it on "spyware", but he also told us which branch of the library he was working at. He forgot to give us his street address and his bank account number, though. :(

I admit that was just a joke on my behalf and can see how that could be miscontrued. The problem with the previous picture was that it was 'silly', so I tried to find a better picture for the article. I fail to see how the picture I used could be considered bad. Quite. The image was certainly not very flattering. That's not blockable. However, given the subject had (and you knew) already objected to a similar image, your action was provocative. You comments on ANI made assuming your good faith quite impossible. You were evidently misusing wikipedia to troll a living person. To be honest, I don't know; I haven't added many images to the site, the whole copyright status thing defies me. I wasn't being 'vindictive' or 'trolling' (despite my previous comment), I was simply adding a picture to the article that was better than the previous one. HalfShadow 19:51, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
