Kanjiža (Serbian: Kanjiža or Кањижа; Hungarian: Magyarkanizsa) is a town and municipality in the North Banat District of Vojvodina, Serbia. The town has a population of 10,193, while Kanjiža municipality has 27,440 inhabitants.

Kanjiža municipality includes the town of Kanjiža and 12 villages. The villages are (Hungarian names are in italics):
- Adorjan (Adorján)
- Doline (Völgyes)
- Horgoš (Horgos)
- Male Pijace (Kispiac)
- Mali Pesak (Kishomok)
- Martonoš (Martonos)
- Novo Selo (Újfalu)
- Orom (Orom)
- Totovo Selo (Tóthfalu)
- Trešnjevac (Oromhegyes)
- Velebit (Fogadjisten)
- Zimonić (Ilonafalu)
Ethnic groups
Ethnic Hungarians make up the absolute majority in the municipality: 23,802 (86.52%) (2002 census). Other ethnic groups are: Serbs (2,037 or 7.4%), Roma (530 or 1.92%), and others.
Most of local communities have Hungarian majorities except Velebit, which is predominantly Serb.
