The reason you see these kinds of designs on my page is because I can't stand ugliness on my userpage. Basically, I like nice soft pastel-like colors. No Dulux please. You may actually see me sometimes redesigning other people's userpages for no reason. If you like what I do, thank me on my talk page.
I frown upon personal attacks, especially homophobia. I'm not gay myself, but a few prominent users have identified themselves as gay, and any attack on homosexuality will get you an instant block from me. Attack me, you're blocked. No questions asked. Users have a right to edit without harrassment and attacks.
I enforce this policy a lot. If you think you've been unfairly blocked, tell me why politely. We make mistakes, after all. In reality, I'm a fan of the one revert rule, and I support the idea of curtailing admin wheel warring.
