| For personal reasons I'm not going to go into, I'm extremely reluctant to speak ill of currently-blocked users, but given the wording of Yunshui's comment below and the fact that I know absolutely nothing about CU except that I've seen CU-enabled users overrule each other for reasons beyond the understanding of normal editors with questionable results (actually I saw ArbCom unblock a "CU-confirmed" sock who later caused a lot of trouble trying to essentially ban sockpuppetry investigations), I feel obligated to point this out.
