Who's Who is the name of a number of publications, generally containing concise biographical information on a particular group of people. It is also used as an expression meaning a collection or group of noted persons. There are also Who's Who scams that use pumped up marketing and email spam techniques to get anyone to join to become a member of a "prestigious" registry that involves the payment of an exhorbitant fee.
