This article was mentioned in a Slate podcast

Slate podcasts recently released a podcast as part of their "One Year: 1995" series: . It's a story about the deceptive marketing tactics of Warnborough College. In the podcast it is reported that the administration of this college have accused certain Misplaced Pages editors of being a "cartel". --Salimfadhley (talk) 18:36, 23 November 2021 (UTC).

Interesting podcast, sheds significant light on how the 1987 BBC radio expose precipitated the financial crisis which led Warnborough to the disastrous decision to hold itself out as a 4-year college and the aggressive and misleading marketing to US students. Also, there was an interesting article in Spy many years ago about the Australia program with similarly misleading marketing. I added a bit from both sources to the article.
