This article seems to be mostly WP:OR as it does not seem common to lump Jo Daviess and Grant Counties into the Dubuque Area. Without those two, this article could essentially be superseded by Dubuque County, Iowa. ✶Quxyz✶ 16:30, 12 January 2025 (UTC)

- Delete I was initially going to suggest keep since most Metropolitan statistical areas have their own article, but those covering only a single county do not.
