Armando Humberto Soto Ochoa (born May 11, 1980 in Los Mochis, Mexico) is a professional boxer in the Super Featherweight (130 lb) division, and is the current interim WBC featherweight boxing champion. Soto won the title by beating Rocky Juarez on August 20, 2005( He took that fight on 2 weeks notice). He is known for his unorthodox boxing style, being referred to as a "gumby man" by boxing manager Emanuel Steward.
Recently, he has won his latest fight this year by knocking out Bobby Pacquiao in the seventh round.
