It is spread over 12,500 acres of land and is scheduled to be completed by 2021. The first phase (Dasve) is scheduled to become operational by June 2009. It will be a self equipped city developed on the principles of New Urbanism.

Introduction

Lavasa is a India's first hill station after Independence. It is a custom built hill station being developed by HCC India near Pune. It is spread over 12,500 acres of land and is scheduled to be completed by 2021. The first phase (Dasve) is scheduled to become operational by June 2009. It will be a self equipped city developed on the principles of New Urbanism.
