| The truth is that a user that was blocked added all of the stuff and they removed it to get back at them. They use the ] and ] a way to get away with it. Another thing is this particular user cant be blocked, Because there ip address changes and it makes them mad. One more thing.. The truth is that a user that was blocked added all of the stuff and they removed it to get back at them. They use the WP:NOTDIRECTORY and WP:USCITY a way to get away with it. Another thing is this particular user cant be blocked, Because there ip address changes and it makes them mad. One more thing..
