Tokakeke is the tyrant of Spokane, a town in Washington. This place is notorious for its disgusting living conditions and high crime level. The imports of Spokane are 98% sex toys and 2% porn magazines for the burgeoning male population. Tokakeke has all the sex toys performed on him by his manly guards before distribution to the baby raping public. Tokakeke has a harem of over 1,000 babies which he cums on regularly, even if it's only a microscopic drop of cum from his needle size penis. To this day he rapes babies in hopes of becoming a man, but now he is more wussy small penis non-pubescent girl than man.

The mayor was recently assassinated and usurped by none other than Tokakeke the baby raping sodomist tyrant of Spokane. He has two new whores, Stilgar and Yambon sucking his needle sized penis and blowing loads of cum up his ass because Tokakeke is gay.
