Opening comment

Someone should mention what event he won his WSOP bracelet in. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.81.122.66 (talk) 19:39, 19 October 2007 (UTC)

death

Phil Helmuth has already posted on FB confirming Vahedi's passing from diabetic complications 40 mins ago it has been confirmed. Not a rumor anymore.

http://www.markseif.com/2010/01/pro-poker-player-amir-vahedi-dies-in-las-vegas/ Posted by Poker Pro Mark Seif http://www.markseif.com/2010/01/more-confirmations-of-amir-passing-away/

Mark Seif may be a poker pro and respected, but he is still not a reliable source. When it comes to death notices we are fairly strict about this type of thing.---Balloonman 07:15, 10 January 2010 (UTC)

Rumors of Amir's death have started to surface all over the net, until they are confirmed by a reliable source, please do not add anything to the article about his rumored death. If you have a source that you are unsure of, please check wp:RS or share it here and somebody will add it.---Balloonman 06:12, 10 January 2010 (UTC)
