Vanikavi Dr.Manomohan Acharya, the famous Sanskrit poet with international repute was born in the village Lathanga in Jagatsinghpur district in Orissa. He was a poet and lyricist with numbers of books. His famous lyrics Madhava-bhajanam is musically composed by A.R.Rehman and danced by Shilpa Shetty in Indo-chinese Movie, The Desire. His famous devotional songs are included in Bhakti Sangeeta C.D.of Prajnan Mission organization, viena.
