IRC Cloak

Mediation:

Hi! When I logged on a few days ago, I saw that mediation http://en.wikipedia.org/Wikipedia:Requests_for_mediation/Flashplayer/UGOPlayer_Encyclopedic had been cancelled. I understand that it was due to inactivity of this account. I understand this. However, I just wished to let you know and understand that my account is usually inactive, I tend to edit under IPs. If you wish to reopen the case, it'd be appreciated, but if not, then we'll try to resolve the issue through discussion again, and then probably arbitration. Sbloemeke 18:55, 19 March 2006 (UTC)

I think it must be the "underlying IP", although the page that came up (when it said I was blocked) didn't appear to be my IP (which, if I remember correctly, is 24.58.164.194).
