Office Hours

Hey guys! With the new Article Feedback Tool nearing completion, we're holding another Office Hours session - this will be around deployment time, so it's super-important that as many people as possible can attend. I'm gonna strip the AFC page - remove the {{AFC submission...}} and the <!-- comment> stuff and the auto-reference part, and see what is left, and if it looks anything like an article
