I have notified you of this edit restriction because of my last close of an RM on ] and that since that RM was initiated (17 September 2014 ) you have started at least two sections on the talk page about possible name changes.
*How much longer are we going to avoid calling the Islamic State the Islamic State? (30 September 2014)
*English language reliable sources using"Islamic State" since declaration of name change (1 Oct 2014)

Syrian Civil War

As a result of a community decision, broad editing restrictions apply to all pages broadly related to the Syrian Civil War, such as Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant which you have recently edited.
