Murder of Boris Nemtsov
- A court in Moscow charges two men of Chechen origin, Zaur Dadayev and Ansur Gubashev, who were among five arrested March 7, with the murder of Russian opposition leader Boris Nemtsov. Former Tennessee Titans and New York Jets running back Chris Johnson is shot in the shoulder in the morning in Orlando, Florida, according to the Orange County, Florida Sheriff's Office. Deputies responded to the shooting call at 4:09 AM Sunday and found the driver of a Jeep, Dreekius Oricko Johnson, 28, dead, and with Chris Johnson, an Orlando native, and Reggie Johnson (it was not clear if they were related) with gunshot wounds; they are in stable condition and told police an unknown vehicle pulled up at a red light and opened fire.
