Proposed changes to infobox

Hi – I’d like to recommend a few minor changes to the infobox. Presently, the infobox describes the subject as a subsidiary of Ball Horticultural Company. This is unsourced and is also not correct. I’ve proposed a revised version of the infobox in my sandbox for consideration which removes these claims. It also adds two individuals to the “Key people” parameter, both of which are already sourced in the article. I have a declared COI with the subject of this article (please see my user page) so am presenting this as a recommended edit and will not edit the article directly myself.
