Why you cannot understand Ukrainian

I understand what you say just now, but why you cannot understand Ukrainian well? I understand Ukrainian well. I understand that I have to stop doing no good edits. Could you please understand Ukrainian, or may I teach Ukrainian to you. I'm sorry if it was for the old bad edits that I done in the past.
