Hello from the KIS Project at the University of Saskatchewan! We are actually in the middle of trying to establish our own wiki for collaborative policy framework development on issues related to agriculture. I came upon this article/talk page by searching for "knowledge mobilization". I'm pleased to see that Mr. David Phipps has put up an entry. Great job!
