Andromimetophilia (sometimes misspelled as androminetophilia) is an attraction to female-assigned people who look or act like men. It can also refer to an attraction to trans men. The attraction can be to people who have not undergone any physical transition, or to people who have. (Common forms of transition include taking testosterone to achieve masculinization, or having chest or genital sex reassignment surgery.)

The paraphilic counterpart to andromimetophilia is gynemimetophilia, the attraction to men who imitate women, or male-to-female transsexuals.
