Single Ig IL-1-related receptor is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SIGIRR gene .
It has been observed to modulate immune responses, colonic epithelial homeostasis and tumorigenesis .
Interactions
SIGIRR has been shown to interact with TRAF6 .
