I wasn't sure how to message you other than replying to a post. I am doing a newspaper article on the benefits that Misplaced Pages has had on education. I'd love to briefly interview you for the article. Do you have an email address or # I can reach you at?

Failing NFCC#1 files

From this discussion of antother file that fails NFCC#1, apparently you can just use {{rnfu}} on them and it adds a template, might be better than {{no permission}}. reppop 05:33, 15 September 2024 (UTC)

Warning: You Appear to be Engaged in an Editing War

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on [[2024 United States House of Representatives election in Alaska ]]. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. RickStrate2029 (talk) 05:24, 19 September 2024 (UTC)

Information icon I noticed that a message you recently left to a newcomer may have been unduly harsh. Please remember not to bite the newcomers. If you see others making a common mistake, consider politely pointing out what they did wrong and showing them how to correct it. It may take some time, but it helps us retain new editors. You're not in trouble or anything, but please try to do your best to be polite and civil in both edit summaries and reverts, especially when dealing with new users. Snippy or rude comments drive people away from editing and make the experience worse for all of us; please remember the golden rule. – Closed Limelike Curves (talk) 02:21, 24 September 2024 (UTC)

Information icon Please do not attack other editors, as you did at 2024 Washington Attorney General election. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Please do not use edit summaries to attack other editors. – Closed Limelike Curves (talk) 19:33, 24 September 2024 (UTC)
