Leegomery is a village in the Telford and Wrekin borough in Shropshire, England. It forms part of the Hadley and Leegomery civil parish alongside Hadley, Apley Castle, Hadley Castle and Hadley Manor. It is primarily residential but is also notable for being the location of Millbrook Primary School. The village was first mentioned in the Domesday Book alongside neighbouring villages Hadley and Horton. The village is also close to the Wolverhampton - Shrewsbury line and the nearest railway stations are Wellington and Telford Central. Additionally, nearby Hadley was also served by a railway station on the Stafford - Shrewbury Line and Coalport Branch Line. Both these lines are now closed although a section between Wellington and Donnington remains open for freight to the nearby Telford International Railfreight Park. The Hadley and Leegomery Parish includes ten listed buildings with a few of these in Leegomery itself. Leegomery itself is also close to the Princess Royal Hospital in the town of Wellington.
