WDLD (96.7 FM) - branded Wild 96.7 and often stylized as WiLD 96.7 - is a commercial Rhythmic Top 40 licensed to Halfway, Maryland serving the Hagerstown area.

History

On Labor Day 2002, then owner Dame Broadcasting flipped the signal of WQCM (96.7) to 94.3 (the former home of Kiss Country 94.3). On the same day (at 5pm) Wild 96.7 (then using the slogan "The Four State Region's 18 Blazin' Jamz in a Row") signed on under OM Rick Alexander. WDLD was an instant success gaining the top rated spot in the Hagerstown/Chambersburg market in most of the key demos. At the same time, WDLD helped push the under performing Magic 101.5 out of the format. In early 2005 Al Dame, after years of broadcasting excellence, decided to hang up the headphones and retire. Dan Savadove's new company out of Philadelphia, Main Line Broadcasting, purchased Dame's market leaders WIKZ-WQCM-WDLD-WCHA-WHAG. Starting February 2009, WDLD became known as Wild 96.7, The Four States #1 Hit Music Station. Wild 96.7 continues to perform at a high level and is the only station serving the Hagerstown/Chambersburg market broadcasting a Rhythmic Top 40 format.

Unlike many radio stations, WDLD has no regular DJ's.
