Hassanfarooqi, you have to absolutely positively check your facts before posting ANYTHING on Misplaced Pages. I hate it when they say, "after I checked with my attorney", or "my mother told me". USCIS DOES accept I-485 applications for EB visas through August 17, 2007 under Visa Bulletin #107 priority date roadmap. USCIS announced it rescinded Bulletin #108, therefore all priority dates marked as being current on the Bulletin #107 are current through the end of Bulletin #107 validity, which is August 17. Mr. Mksdo, dont worry, I did not ask your mother about it. Instead, I saw what was there on USCIS's official website and in their visa bulletin, then confirmed it with my attorney. The July bulletin that was mentioned in wikipedia was cancelled via another visa bulletin the day it was supposed to be effective i.e. 2nd of July (1st July being Sunday). Upon that, there was an uproar and Immigration Attorneys mobilized immigration candidates to file a class action suite againt USCIS. As a result, USCIS opened the visas again for two week. This is something you are referring to. However this opening was never announced via a visa bulletin but rather thru visa Attorneys and their websites. Another editor has added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Shah Ahmad Noorani Siddiqi, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Misplaced Pages's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Misplaced Pages:What Misplaced Pages is not and Misplaced Pages:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Misplaced Pages or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page.
