Sir Charles Morgan Robinson Morgan, 3rd Bt, 1st Baron Tredegar (1792–1875) was an English peer and member of the House of Lords. He represented the constituency of Brecon.

He was Lord Lieutenant of Brecknockshire and in 1850 appointed High Sheriff of Brecknockshire. He was created Baron Tredegar in 1859.
