Collaboration of the Week

Help edit History of sex, Misplaced Pages's current Collaboration of the week! Please help to improve it to featured article standard.

The history of sex, its taboos, regulation and social and political impact has had a profound effect on the various human cultures of the world since prehistoric times.

You can still help with last week's article Military history of the United States (see how it improved), look at previous collaborations, or help pick next week's article.

Tip of the day

Tip of the day...
What is a Talk page?
Location of the talk page tab

A Talk page (also known as a discussion page) is a place for contributors to calmly discuss improvements to Misplaced Pages pages. It is not a forum.

All Misplaced Pages pages, including articles and user pages alike, have a corresponding Talk page. To switch to the current page's Talk page, click on the "Talk" tab above the page's title. At the very top of the page there is always a link to your Talk page.

All content and conduct issues should be discussed at either the article's or user's Talk page before requesting dispute resolution.

You can {{ping}} specific editors whom you would like to notify of your message post. Though there is no need to ping someone when you've edited their Talk page, because the Wikimedia software automatically notifies that user.
