Andromimetophilia (often misspelled as androminetophilia) is a condition in which erotic or sexual arousal is facilitated by or contingent upon a female sex partner impersonating a male. , .

In certain cases, a transman may also satisfy the other partner's needs. This condition can be classified as a fetish or paraphilia. Males with homosexual fantasies, suppressed by their feelings, may request their female sex partner to act as such.
