Royal Canin U. S. A. v. Wullschleger, 604 U.S. ___ (2024), was a United States Supreme Court case in which the court affirmed the decision of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, ordering that a "deletion of all federal claims deprived the District Court of federal-question jurisdiction" and as such, the suit became one for a state court. Justice Elena Kagan delivered the opinion of the unanimous court.
