Cathedral of Prešov

Executive court of Prešov is the name of that political court which the Naples count, Caraffa Antal, caesarean general founded in 1681 in Prešov to murder and threaten Thököly's followers. The board is consisted of 4 caesarean soldiers and 8 Hungarian noblemen and citizens. But as one of the judges claimed: each generals's votes were bounded; everything has to be happened according to the general's will. They had to whisper their votes to Caraffa. The non-Hungarian members' votes weighted more, and even judgements were not made according to the votes.
