Uploading "ogg" sound files
Hello, I saw how you uploaded several song samples, like File:Lady GaGa-Poker Face.ogg. I want to upload some of those types of files for the album article, Hannah Montana 3 and its song articles. Could you please help me by telling me where to find sound files saved as ogg that are samples. Please reply. --Ipodnano05 (talk) 08:13, 21 July 2009 (UTC)
- I wouldn't know, I've created all the samples myself from the source. Q 17:36, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
- How would I do that? I already own the music. --Ipodnano05 (talk) 01:38, 23 July 2009 (UTC)
- You'd have to rip the CD and then encode it. There's a rough guide here, but it doesn't cover cutting the song down to an appropriate length. Q 01:51, 23 July 2009 (UTC)
