Emmelie de Forest (born 28 February 1993) is a Danish singer. She will represent Denmark with the song "Only Teardrops" in the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 in Malmö, Sweden.

Early life

Emmelie de Forest claims to be the great-great-grandchild of Queen Victoria, as King Edward VII supposedly was her great-grandfather. The claim was made in a danish newspaper, where her great-grandfather was specified to be King Edward X.
