- Create template for Talk pages of articles pertaining to this project - template should auto-include the article in a special category, similar to Template:UTTalk
- {{WikiProject College football}} has been created for college football articles
- Discussion topic: do we want a separate template/category for individual team articles (eg Auburn Tigers football)
- Tag Talk pages with template(s) mentioned above
Create userbox for participants- Please feel free to use {{User WikiProject CFB}} on your user page- Create area for "Collaboration of the month" - similar to Misplaced Pages:Texan Collaboration of the Month
- Create system for rating articles similar to Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Military history/Assessment
- Create notice template inviting people to participate in the project - past on Talk pages of users involved in creaing college football related articles
Create stub-notice and register with stub-sorting project, similar to Template:UTexas-stub- please tag stubs with {{Collegefootball-stub}}- Create Portal and register with Portals Project
- Create organizational structure for categories
- Update List of college bowl games to be accurate. For example, Aloha Bowl is listed as defunct, but it is playing this year. See 2006 NCAA Division I-A football season for list of bowl games this year.
- Create navigation system similiar to {{WPMILHIST Navigation}}
