Guntur East (Assembly constituency) is a constituency of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly in India. It is one of 17 constituencies in Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh. Earlier called as Guntur-I (Assembly Constituency), was changed to Guntur South and finally named as Guntur West (Assembly Constituency) as per Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order, 2008. It covers Guntur mandal (Part), Guntur (M.Corp) (Part) and Guntur (M.Corp) - Ward No.7 to 23.

Overview

It is part of Guntur Lok Sabha constituency along with other six Vidhan Sabha segments, namely, Tadikonda, Mangalagiri, Ponnuru, Tenali, Prathipadu, and Guntur East.
