Single Ig IL-1-related receptor is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SIGIRR gene.

It has been observed to modulate immune responses, colonic epithelial homeostasis and tumorigenesis.

Interactions

SIGIRR has been shown to interact with TRAF6.
