Ethiopian Prime Minister Meles Zenawi

Ato Meles Zenawi (b. May 8, 1955) is Prime Minister of Ethiopia. He was appointed to that position on August 22, 1995. He had previously been president of Ethiopia from May 28, 1991, until August 22, 1995. He gained power after helping a coalition of forces to win a guerilla war against the government of Mengistu Haile Mariam in 1991.Melles has been in trouble within his government since the mid 90th traditional pan African scholars condemn him as a sell out(uncle Tom)because of his tendency to take order from England(Tony Blair'c African commision)Meles is the right hand of Tony
